Job summary

Inspire Health Alliance in San Diego is seeking a Residential Services Manager to oversee shelter operations and service delivery for domestic violence shelters. Responsibilities include leading shelter staff, ensuring compliance with policies, and collaborating with community partners.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least three years of relevant experience in crisis intervention, preferably with knowledge of intimate partner violence. Opportunities for hybrid work model eligibility may be available.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of direct services experience with intimate partner violence or crisis intervention.
• Bilingual/Multilingual fluency in one or more languages is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for domestic violence shelters ensuring compliance with agency policies.
• Lead and train shelter staff while managing volunteer coordination.
• Facilitate bi-weekly case review meetings for quality client care.
