Job summary

Wellspring Living, Inc. in Atlanta, GA seeks a Direct Care Coach-PRN to provide daily care, supervision, and life skills coaching within the Women’s Residential Program.

You will collaborate with therapeutic and program leadership to maintain a trauma-informed living environment that supports participant growth. The role emphasizes modeling healthy boundaries, guiding daily schedules, teaching independent living skills, and ensuring shift safety and compliance with flexible evenings, weekends,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2-year degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of direct care support experience in a residential setting or with vulnerable populations.
• Valid Georgia Driver’s License with clean MVR; ability to transport participants.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn EHR software.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or ability to obtain within first year).
• Two professional references and one personal reference attesting to suitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program schedule and participant activities.
• Model strength-based approach in participant and staff interactions.
• Support individualized participant growth and development plans.
• Safely transport participants to appointments using organization vehicles.
• Conduct and document hourly house checks during sleeping hours and room checks.
• Lead enrichment activities and life skills groups during shifts.
• Administer medication oversight and document administration per protocol.
• Teach daily living skills (hygiene, laundry, cooking, cleanliness).
• Maintain shift logs and EHR entries.
