Job summary

Wellspring Living, an Atlanta-based faith-centered nonprofit, seeks a Behavioral Health Supervisor to lead daily care at the Receiving Hope Center in Dallas, GA. The role oversees Behavioral Health Specialists and PRN staff, coordinating program operations to maintain a trauma-informed, safe environment.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least four years in direct service with supervisory experience, plus strong crisis management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work, education, or a related field.
• Minimum of four years of direct-service experience with children, adolescents, and/or families, including supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership, coaching, and delegation to staff.
• Manage staff schedules and coverage; approve time-off and review timesheets.
• Monitor program operations, safety plans, and participant supervision.
• Ensure documentation and adherence to program policies and compliance.
• Lead staff meetings and coordinate training and onboarding of new staff.
