Job summary

A community service organization in Dayton seeks a Shelter Navigator to provide crisis support specifically for survivors of domestic violence and related issues. Qualifications

• Active driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Must work independently.
• Understanding of racial equity and social justice issues.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis service requests including phone and in-person.
• Assess shelter clients for eligibility.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic necessities at the shelter.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Associates Degree in Social Services
