Qualifications
Ability to effectively work with women in crisis situations.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Basic computer skills to enter data and generate reports.
Knowledge of the service population’s cultural characteristics.
Ability to interact effectively with a diverse client base.
Responsibilities
Provide crisis intervention and milieu management.
Adhere to and enforce shelter rules.
Answer phone calls including crisis calls.
Complete required paperwork accurately.
