Job summary

A community service organization in Denver is seeking a Resident Life Navigator. This role provides crisis intervention and milieu management to ensure a safe environment for women in need. Responsibilities include monitoring shelter rules, answering crisis calls, and assisting residents with support. Candidates must have strong communication skills and ideally some related experience. Qualifications

• Ability to effectively work with women in crisis situations.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills to enter data and generate reports.
• Knowledge of the service population’s cultural characteristics.
• Ability to interact effectively with a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and milieu management.
• Adhere to and enforce shelter rules.
• Answer phone calls including crisis calls.
• Complete required paperwork accurately.
