Job summary

Frontier Behavioral Health is seeking a Crisis Response Specialist I to provide telephone and mobile crisis intervention for youth, adults, and families in behavioral health crisis. Under supervision of a DCR, you will perform assessments, coordinate with families and community partners, and help develop least-restrictive safety plans and referrals.

The role requires a Master's degree in a related field and recent credentialing per WA DOH rules, a valid driver's license, and willingness to

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field from accredited college or university.
• Active credential eligible per WA DOH requirements within 6 months of hire will be needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone assessments and triage referrals.
• Respond to complex crisis situations and perform face-to-face assessments.
• Develop stabilization and safety plans with clients and their support networks.
• Complete comprehensive documentation to support safety plans.
• Maintain client records in a confidential manner and coordinate with community resources.
• Travel to see clients in the community and between work sites.
