Job summary

Texas Panhandle Centers is seeking an MCOT Case Manager (1348) to deliver trauma-informed crisis care to adults in Amarillo and the Texas Panhandle. You will coordinate with law enforcement, hospitals and community services, and document care per agency standards.

Qualified candidates hold a bachelor’s degree for QMHP credentialing, a Texas driver’s license, and are 18+. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits with occasional travel and after-hours on-call rotation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related Human Services field for QMHP credentialing.
Valid Texas Driver’s License with an insurable driving record.
At least 18 years of age.
2FA may be required per organization policy.

Responsibilities

Maintain ethical and professional communications using trauma-informed language.
Deliver crisis intervention services and follow-up across the MCOT service area.
Collaborate with law enforcement, hospitals, and social services; provide community education.
Work with clients in crisis using person-centered approaches and document interventions.
Participate in team meetings and case staffing to develop treatment plans.
Maintain case documentation on time with high compliance; travel may be required.
