Texas Panhandle Centers in Amarillo, TX is seeking an MCOT Case Manager (1260) to deliver trauma-informed crisis care and treatment planning for adults in the Panhandle.

Join a multidisciplinary team on the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team, collaborating with law enforcement, hospitals, and community services; requires a Bachelor's in a human services field and QMHP credentialing, plus driving and 2FA as applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university for QMHP credentialing.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with insurable driving record.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Personal mobile phone for 2FA may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ethical and professional communications using trauma-informed language.
• Deliver crisis intervention services and follow-up for adults in the Panhandle.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, hospitals, and social services; provide community education.
• Work with clients in crisis using person-centered approaches and document interventions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to develop treatment plans.
• Maintain on-call rotation and possible travel to rural areas.
• Provide aftercare planning and care coordination to access services.
• Ensure 95%+ compliance with documentation and reporting standards.
• Adhere to the organization’s code of conduct and report concerns.
