Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant social services experience with vulnerable populations.
• Two years of working experience with those who have experienced trauma.
• Solid understanding of trauma and experience delivering trauma-informed services.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct culturally sensitive registration and intake.
• Make referrals to community-based programs.
• Coordinate with various city agencies for client support.
• Manage documentation like client rosters and assessments.

Conocimientos

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to learn quickly and problem solve

Strong organizational skills

Fluent in English and Spanish

Crisis intervention experience

Educación

Bachelor's degree in social work or human services

Two years of relevant experience in social services
