Qualifications

• Master's Degree and LGSW license in DC or eligibility.
• 1+ year experience in mental health interventions.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and underserved populations.
• CPR & AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic assessments and provide therapy to survivors.
• Provide warm handoffs and referrals to care teams and partners.
• Maintain clinical notes within 1 business day.
• Coordinate care and support with FQHCs and housing programs.
• Deliver crisis intervention services when needed.
