Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Must apply for Counselor Agency Affiliated - Registered credential from WA State DOH within 30 days of hire.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to use personal vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis and hospital diversion services to youth, adults, and families in a behavioral health crisis.
• Perform initial and follow-up assessments for moderate/high-risk individuals.
• Develop stabilization and safety plans with client and support network.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of safety plans and outcomes.
• Coordinate with courts, law enforcement, and community providers to support client needs.
