Frontier Behavioral Health in Spokane seeks compassionate counselors to provide trauma-informed outpatient services. You will deliver individual and group therapy, maintain client records, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and safety.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in social work or psychology, a valid driver's license, and strong communication, listening, and empathic abilities. Travel to community sites is required as part of care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to use personal vehicle for work.
• Strong communication, listening, and empathic skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide episodic, trauma-informed counseling within scope of practice.
• Establish collaborative relationships with staff, clients and families.
• Maintain confidential client records and documentation.
• Be primary care team member for enrolled clients and support groups.
• Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention as needed.
• Coordinate care and assist with housing and employment resources.
