Job summary

DESC (Downtown Emergency Service Center) seeks a Clinical Support Specialist to work within an integrated care team, coordinating clinical services for tenants in our housing programs.

You will develop and monitor Integrated Service Plans, provide case management and mental health support, and collaborate with DESC staff and partner agencies to ensure tenants receive comprehensive care. Strong communication and trauma-informed practice are essential.

Qualifications

• AAC license in Washington State or ability to obtain soon after hire.
• Clinical experience working with homeless adults with chronic illness and behavioral health needs.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical services for tenants as part of an integrated care team.
• Develop and update Integrated Service Plans (ISP) with tenants and staff.
• Provide case management and mental health services as needed.
• Document interactions and ensure contractual obligations are met.
