Job summary

The Downtown Emergency Services Center in Seattle is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to provide case management and mental health services to tenants. This role includes working collaboratively within an integrated care team and supporting tenant engagement through individualized strategies.

Qualifications

• Current Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) license in Washington State, or equivalent.
• Clinical experience with homeless adults disabled by chronic alcoholism, mental illness, and drug use.
• Knowledge of local service systems.
• Ability to work with diverse individuals displaying varied behavior.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the engagement of tenants through culturally relevant strategies.
• Develop an Integrated Service Plan (ISP) with tenants.
• Support tenants in maintaining safe, healthy living conditions.
• Provide direct case management services.
• Document interactions with tenants according to agency guidelines.
