Job summary

Nexus Family Healing in Fargo, ND is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee and develop staff within the psychiatric residential treatment setting. You will lead daily operations, manage budgeted census, and collaborate with leadership to advance clinical practices in a trauma-informed environment.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field, active LCSW/LPC/LPCC licensure, and experience across adolescent to family-based behavioral counseling.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or clinically related field required.
• Active licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LPCC) required.
• Experience in adolescent, adult, and family-based behavioral counseling and/or clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and maintains operational and clinical policies, procedures and systems per Nexus guidelines.
• Fosters a trauma-informed care environment and maintains a positive clinical culture.
• Leads staff, monitors clinical environment, and ensures service quality and compliance.
