Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a relevant field.
• Three years of experience in behavioral counseling.
• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• Valid Driver's License and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise clinical programming and activities.
• Develop and manage clinical programs based on trauma-informed practices.
• Ensure all policies and procedures meet compliance.
• Participate in budget development and clinical quality assurance.
