Qualifications
Master's degree required in a relevant field.
Three years of experience in behavioral counseling.
Two years of supervisory experience required.
Valid Driver's License and pass background check.
Responsibilities
Direct and supervise clinical programming and activities.
Develop and manage clinical programs based on trauma-informed practices.
Ensure all policies and procedures meet compliance.
Participate in budget development and clinical quality assurance.
