Job summary

Nexus Family Healing in Onarga, IL seeks a Clinical Director to lead trauma-informed care and oversee clinical programming across the agency's sites. You will serve on the Nexus management team with responsibilities similar across locations.

Requires a master's in Social Services/related field, licensure, and at least 3 years of behavioral counseling plus 2 years of residential supervision; on-site, full-time role with competitive salary and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Services, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or clinically related field.
• Clinical licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) or on track for licensure.
• 3 years experience in adolescent, adult and family-based behavioral counseling.
• 2 years supervisory experience in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management and administration onsite and within the organization through a trauma-informed care lens.
• Develop, grow, and drive clinical programs aligned with trauma-informed best practices and community needs.
• Identify and analyze problems or risks and develop sound solutions.
• Maintain responsibility for admission and discharge criteria development and monitoring.
• Participate in budget development and oversee clinical budget.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, regulatory requirements, and safety policies.
