Qualifications

• Massachusetts LCSW Certification within 6 months of hire.
• 1–2 years of related social work experience; pre-MS W experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and trauma assessments.
• Provide trauma-informed, crisis interventions and safety plans.
• Develop rapport and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical teams and community providers.
• Document in the electronic health record (EPIC) and other systems.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies.
