Qualifications

• Requires MSW from an accredited school, to be obtained prior to employment.
• Massachusetts LCSW licensure exam to be sat within 90 days; licensure within 6 months.
• Experience with biopsychosocial assessment and community resources preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and trauma-focused evaluations.
• Provide brief, solution-focused interventions and safety planning.
• Deliver trauma-informed crisis intervention and maintain therapeutic relationships.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources.
• Document in the electronic health record and ensure timely notes.
• Monitor social determinants of health and advocate for patients/families.
