Qualifications

• Must sit for MA LCSW exam within 90 days of hire and obtain licensure within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform biopsychosocial assessments and trauma assessments as needed.
• Provide trauma-informed, crisis interventions and safety planning.
• Develop therapeutic relationships and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct case management and coordinate referrals to community resources.
• Document in the EHR (EPIC) and ensure timely, accurate records.
