Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's level licensed social worker, counselor, or psychologist with 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• LICSW DC license required to provide clinical supervision.
• Minimum five years' experience working with youth.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to housing staff; oversee day-to-day service delivery.
• Guide and supervise interventions and case management per DHS and DHS-aligned standards.
• Lead bi-weekly meetings and interdisciplinary teams; ensure quality assurance.
• Review psychosocial assessments and care plans; approve documentation.
• Authorize referrals to mental health/substance use services as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with DHS/LAYC policies; participate in training.
• Participate in weekly supervision with the Program Manager.
