• Experience in clinical supervision (minimum 3 years).
• Ability to travel for network meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provides/supervises delivery of trauma-informed services.
• Supervises teams of therapists and Care Coordinators.
• Ensures services meet organizational, licensing, credentialing, and contract requirements.
• Oversees documentation, compliance, and data reporting.
• Collaborates with quality and external stakeholders to ensure high quality client care.
• Develops treatment protocols and ensures adherence.
