Qualifications

• Active, independent Colorado clinical license that authorizes practice without supervision.
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical field.
• Demonstrated experience providing trauma-informed clinical care.
• Ability to pass all background checks required for work in a licensed RCCF.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly therapeutic groups for clients and reflective groups for staff.
• Conduct trauma-informed clinical assessments during intake and admissions.
• Provide clinical consultation and contribute to case conceptualization in staff meetings.
• Develop and deliver clinical training for staff on trauma-informed care.
• Set and maintain clinical standards of care grounded in RCCF frameworks.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and ensure licensing compliance.
