Job summary

Adagio in Peyton, Colorado is hiring a Direct Care Provider to supervise adolescent survivors of sex trafficking (ages 14-17) and implement Sarah’s Home Individual Child Plans. You will support daily activities, meals, house chores, and life skills coaching in a trauma-informed setting.

Qualified candidates have 2 years of college in human services or 1 year experience, are 21+, and can obtain QMAP certification within 6 months; teen/trauma experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Experience with teens and trauma survivors preferred.
• QMAP certification required or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of adolescents.
• Implement Individual Child Plans and program activities.
• Facilitate daily activities: meals, chores, homework support, life skills.
• Support staff with safety plans and behavior monitoring.
• Assist in equine-therapy and outdoor activities as appropriate.
