Job summary

Glenhaven Academy, a residential treatment setting for adolescents, is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director to lead a dynamic clinical team and deliver trauma-informed care. You will supervise clinicians across family and group therapies, including ARC, CBT, DBT and Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Therapy modalities.

You will collaborate with the Clinical Director and Administrative team to align programmatic clinical services, ensuring positive relationships with families and outside

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• LICSW or LMHC required.
• Clinical Management experience preferred.
• Driver's license required.
• Evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight and supervision of clinicians and clinical services in tandem with the clinical director.
• Work with the Administrative team to maintain positive relationships with outside agencies, families, and other involved parties.
• Support students in developing life skills and coping strategies, including activities like cooking, banking, and vocational training.
• Create a safe and therapeutic community by modeling effective coping strategies for students.
