Job summary

ACH Child and Family Services is seeking a Clinical Manager for its Residential Treatment Center. You will oversee clinical services, supervise therapists, and coordinate intakes, discharges, and family communications to ensure high-quality trauma-informed care.

You will collaborate with program leadership to implement treatment plans, monitor fidelity, and ensure accurate client records for licensing and external reviews.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical field (social work, counseling or psychology).
• Licensure as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate clinical services for residents in the RTC.
• Facilitate client intakes, discharges, and team communications.
• Ensure clinical goals align with trauma-informed care and program standards.
• Oversee documentation accuracy and timeliness for licensing reviews.
• Provide supervision and training to clinical staff and interns.
• Coordinate with MOUs and external providers for comprehensive care.
