Job summary

Women In Need (Win) is seeking a Clinical Director to lead trauma-informed clinical services across its transitional housing programs in New York City. The role requires NY LCSW licensure, at least three years of experience, and expertise in Motivational Interviewing and trauma-informed care.

The director will supervise staff, support program Directors, and help standardize clinical practices within a DHS-funded THRIVE NYC initiative.

Qualifications

• Must hold NY State LCSW license.
• Three+ years of experience working with families facing homelessness or trauma.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Extensive experience with trauma-informed care and MI techniques.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and providing supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of trauma-informed clinical services across Win’s programs.
• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to staff and program directors.
• Deliver individual and group counseling using trauma-informed and harm-reduction approaches.
• Build and maintain referral networks for mental health and substance use services.
• Lead implementation of evidence-based practices and develop assessment tools.
• Provide training in Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care to staff.
