The Road Home in Sandy, UT is seeking a compassionate MVP Client Engagement Specialist to serve as the first contact for new clients at the MVP Resource Center. You will coordinate intakes, provide basic necessities, and offer trauma-informed support to help clients toward housing stability.

This in-person role requires travel between resource centers and shelters, with a Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm schedule, and a strong commitment to dignity and equity in service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Intake Coordination: manage intake tracking system and respond to referrals.
• Complete client intakes with accuracy and timely data entry.
• Communicate with external partners to maintain referral clarity and eligibility.
• Collaborate on bed management workflows and room turnover.
• Coordinate bed availability and assist with room changes as needed.
• Build professional relationships with clients, partners, and staff.
