Qualifications
Ability to meet Washington Department of Health requirements for registration as a Registered Agency Affiliated Counselor.
Experience with behavioral health conditions and intervening with de-escalation approaches.
Interest in working with adults experiencing homelessness or mental illness.
Responsibilities
Engage clients and monitor the safety of the clinic environment.
Provide trauma-informed support to clients.
Record significant events involving clients.
Assist in training clinic staff on de-escalation skills.
