Job summary

WestCare Foundation seeks a Case Manager in Doral, FL to support children and families affected by abuse or neglect. The role focuses on safety, well-being, and permanency through trauma-informed, family-centered practices.

You’ll develop and monitor case plans, coordinate services, and document progress for court and agency review. Required are a 4-year degree in a related field, with licensure in Florida preferred; bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certification or eligibility in Florida Child Welfare practice is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred for advanced roles and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs and strengths of children and family.
• Develop case plans with families; conduct monthly reviews.
• Document services in accordance with standards and policies.
• Coordinate transportation and attendance at external appointments.
• Prepare JRSSR and Progress Reports for courts and agencies.
• Collaborate with treatment teams and external providers.
