Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health required.
• Florida licensure or intern status preferred (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT).
• Bilingual abilities preferred.
• Experience with trauma-informed care approaches.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trauma assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy (TF-CBT, Seeking Safety).
• Coordinate care with child welfare, schools, and providers.
• Facilitate parenting programs and caregiver education.
