Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field, with managerial experience in human services or child welfare programs.
• Certification as a Certified Case Manager Supervisor within 6 months from hire date; preference for Child Welfare Professional.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and ability to obtain WestCare’s vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and oversight to the case management team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate case management staff performance, providing coaching and professional development opportunities.
• Lead case conferences, team meetings, and training sessions.
• Ensure staff adherence to HIPAA, Professional Ethics, Consumer Rights and Confidentiality policies.
• Provide weekly one-on-one supervision with each Case Manager.
• Review data and maintain compliance with all contractual and performance standards.
