Clarvida seeks a dedicated Therapist to support children and youth in the child welfare system through trauma-informed therapy in homes and community settings. You will provide individualized services, build strong family relationships, and work with supervision to ensure high-quality care.

This full-time role offers meaningful clinical work, flexible schedules, and opportunities to impact outcomes for families and children from birth to 18. Training and supervision are provided.

Formación

• Licensed or eligible for Indiana licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC or LSW).
• Valid Indiana driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Ability to work independently in home and community settings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and family therapy to children and youth in the child welfare system.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy in homes, foster homes, schools, and community settings.
• Support families through emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with families, case teams, and partners.
• Participate in team meetings and court-related processes as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Manage an independent caseload while attending supervision.
