Job summary

Upbring seeks a Clinician to provide individual, group, and family therapy for children from newborn to 17 in a compassionate, evidence-based program. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure compliance with agency and regulatory standards.

You will conduct utilization reviews for Unaccompanied Children (UC), address therapeutic needs, and uphold core values of Warriors, Servants, and Family while maintaining detailed case

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in psychology, social work, counseling, or related behavioral discipline.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure.
• Ability to attain licensure within 3 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children (newborn to 17).
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans with multidisciplinary teams.
• Perform utilization reviews and track therapeutic needs for Unaccompanied Children (UC).
• Create safety plans and crisis interventions; monitor emotional well-being.
• Maintain case files and submit progress reports to ORR in a timely manner.
