Job summary

Upbring seeks a Clinician to provide individualized, group, and family therapy for children from newborn to 17 years. You will assess, plan, and implement treatment in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with agency policies and ORR reporting.

The role requires licensure or eligibility, bilingual English/Spanish, and ability to manage a heavy caseload with strong documentation and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctorate degree in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or related behavioral field with clinical experience requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments, including clinical and psychological evaluations and risk assessments
• Provide individual counseling at least weekly and monitor emotional well-being
• Use positive behavior management, de-escalation, and problem-solving to modify interventions
• Collaborate with children to set treatment goals and update treatment plans
• Ensure practices align with policies, licensing, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with community providers to address mental health needs
• Identify potential human trafficking, abuse, and trauma cases
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions
• Maintain and update case files and submit progress reports to ORR
• Provide crisis intervention and work in foster care settings as needed
