Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field is required.
• Experience with child abuse investigations or related services preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and court processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather intake information and assess needs for families and children.
• Welcome families, explain procedures, and obtain consents.
• Coordinate with MDT and relay information during interviews and follow-up.
• Provide crisis intervention and connect families to resources as needed.
• Educate non-offending caretakers about abuse, court processes, and victim rights.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation in case files.
