Job summary

The Salvation Army in Redmond is hiring a Case Manager to provide trauma informed, housing-focused case management for adults experiencing homelessness. You will develop and monitor individualized service plans, connect residents to healthcare and community resources, and support residents toward self-sufficiency.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Human Services and 3+ years of case management experience. Offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and a robust benefits program.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree. Social Work or Human Services preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in case management, housing navigation, or similar experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive case management including screening, assessing, and monitoring individual service plans.
• Connect residents to health, mental health, employment, housing, and other resources.
• Assist with Social Security applications and SOAR training.
• Maintain professional environment and training for staff.
• Maintain accurate case notes and input into WellSky/HMIS.
