Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma, Oklahoma City, seeks a Case Manager I to guide diverse clients toward employment readiness through assessments and personalized Client Success Plans. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, advocacy, and wrap-around referrals, with non-supervisory duties and collaboration across departments.

You will build rapport, interpret assessments, and coordinate resources while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and reporting outcomes to supervisors.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 1–3 years of verifiable case management experience.
• CRC, LSW, or CCM eligibility preferred; CCM within six months is expected.
• Experience serving diverse populations with barriers to employment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain rapport with clients.
• Provide a trauma-informed, welcoming environment for a diverse clientele.
• Interpret assessments to create Client Success Plans addressing employment readiness.
• Recommend program tracks aligned with client goals based on interview results.
• Identify employment barriers and develop collaborative reduction plans.
• Maintain relationships with community resources for referrals.
• Advocate for clients and connect to wrap-around services.
• Stay updated on labor market trends to guide services.
• Document driver’s licenses, SSNs, and other identifications for employment.
• Maintain accurate client records and CARF-related documentation.
