Job summary

Hoyleton Youth And Family Services is seeking a Case Aide to provide safe transportation and trauma-informed supervision for children, foster families, and Case Managers within the foster care program. The role involves transporting children to visits and appointments, supervising visits, and documenting observations with attention to safety and trauma responses.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma (GED) or higher, 21+ years of age, a valid driver’s license, and DCFS/CANTS

Qualifications

• Trauma-informed supervision and safety awareness for visits.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to drive independently and transport children.
• Must meet DCFS/CANTS clearance requirements and be at least 21.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe transportation for children to visits, appointments, and services.
• Supervises visits to support safety and appropriate interactions.
• Maintains professional communication with families, Case Managers, and providers.
• Completes timely documentation of observations and interactions.
• Follows vehicle safety rules and completes required trainings.
• Performs additional program support tasks as needed.
