Job summary

The Village for Families & Children seeks a Juvenile Transportation/Case Aide to safely transport children and families to visits and services, while building trust and maintaining a supportive environment. The role emphasizes trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices and reliable documentation.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and driving experience with children.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate agency vehicles.
• Three years of driving experience minimum.
• One to two years of transporting children, youth, or families.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children, youth, and families to and from scheduled visits, services, and programs.
• Build positive rapport with children during transportation.
• Supervise client behavior in a safe, supportive environment.
• Maintain mileage logs and transportation documentation.
• Report incidents or disclosures to supervisors promptly.
