Job summary

Hoyleton Youth and Family Services is hiring a Case Aide to provide safe transportation for children to visits and services, while offering trauma-informed supervision during interactions. The role requires accurate documentation of observations and timely communication with Case Managers and families.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (associate/bachelor’s preferred) and a year of experience with children.

Qualifications

• Trauma-informed supervision during visits and transports.
• Strong documentation and reporting of observations.
• Ability to drive independently and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation for children to visits, counseling, and appointments.
• Supervise parent-child and sibling visits for safety and appropriate interactions.
• Maintain professional communication with families and staff.
• Document observations and sign off daily per agency timelines.
• Follow all driving and safety requirements; complete CARE/TCI training.
• Complete administrative tasks and program support duties as assigned.
