Job summary

Youthnet in Washington State is seeking a full-time BRS Case Manager to support 4-6 foster youth requiring intensive behavioral support. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, documentation, and service coordination with DCYF, while maintaining professional collaboration with families and staff.

The position involves weekly home visits, local travel across counties, and development of individualized treatment and safety plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field is required.
• Or four years of experience in foster care, mental health, and/or related fields.
• Must possess a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance meeting minimum coverage.
• Two years of experience working with children and families.
• Ability to pass Washington State criminal check and FBI fingerprinting if required.
• Proficient with basic computer software (Microsoft Office).
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly in-person home visits to clients and transport clients in the community across Snohomish, King, and bordering counties.
• Use a trauma-informed approach to support the service needs of the child, youth, family and caregiver.
• Plan, develop and implement services for youth and collaborate with DCYF in delivery of services.
• Facilitate monthly Child, Family Team meetings to ensure movement on treatment goals.
• Develop Individualized Treatment & Safety Plans to meet client needs.
• Implement contractual obligations related to case management.
• Communicate effectively with clients, foster parents, staff and others.
• Write objective reports and maintain accurate documentation.
