Job summary

Youthnet in Washington state seeks a Full-time BRS Case Manager to support 4-6 foster youths in need of intensive behavioral services. You will plan, develop, and implement trauma-informed plans, collaborate with DCYF, and lead monthly team meetings to ensure proactive progress toward treatment goals.

The role requires interactive, professional engagement with foster families, staff, and clients, plus strong documentation and advocacy to meet contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Washington State driver's license and insurance as required by law.
• Ability to pass WA state background check and FBI fingerprinting if required.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related experience in the field.
• Two years of experience working with children and families minimum.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and populations.
• Ability to write objective reports with timely documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support birth, relatives, kinship, and foster families.
• Provide weekly in-person home visits and community transport when needed.
• Utilize trauma-informed care to support child, youth, family and caregiver needs.
• Plan and implement services; coordinate with DCYF for delivery of services.
• Facilitate monthly Child, Family Team meetings to drive treatment goals.
• Develop Individualized Treatment & Safety Plans for clients.
• Complete contractual obligations and maintain accurate documentation.
• Represent Youthnet professionally and collaborate with team members.
