Job summary

Amanecer Counseling & Resource Center seeks a Part-time Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician to provide trauma-informed therapy to children, adults, couples, and families, remotely or in-person. The role emphasizes culturally diverse care, flexible schedules, and professional growth within a supportive team.

Responsibilities include assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, individual/family/couples/group therapy, crisis intervention, and thorough documentation, with supervision and ongoing

Qualifications

• Active Delaware Behavioral Health license.
• Experience serving diverse populations, including children and families.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed and evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Strong clinical, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Professional liability insurance and successful background check.
• Fluency in Spanish and English preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy.
• Deliver crisis intervention and evidence-based therapeutic services.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
