WeCare Behavioral Health & Consulting Clinic in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors for a full-time remote role delivering evidence-based therapy to a diverse client base. You will work with adults, adolescents and families, applying CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field with emphasis on mental health counseling.
• Active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent credential.
• Proficient working independently and in multidisciplinary settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments to inform treatment planning.
• Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans considering cultural identities and goals.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, SFBT) across individual, couples, family, and group sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate with healthcare colleagues for integrated care.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries) in accordance with policies.
• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and families to empower management of mental health conditions.
• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust plans based on progress and feedback.
• Stay current with research and best practices in trauma-informed care.
