Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field and active licensure.
• Minimum two years of post-licensure experience with children or families.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed individual counseling and crisis intervention services.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
• Develop treatment recommendations and individualized care plans.
• Help children build resilience, confidence, and healthy coping skills.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and participate in treatment planning.
