Job summary

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking compassionate Behavioral Health Therapists to provide trauma-informed mental health services to unaccompanied minors in a residential setting in El Paso, Texas. This is a full-time, onsite role supporting a critical federal program, with U.S. Citizenship required.

We welcome independently licensed clinicians from all 50 states and U.S. territories and offer a meaningful career helping vulnerable children in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy or related behavioral health field.
• Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in any U.S. state or territory (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience.
• Experience with children, adolescents, families, or vulnerable populations.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed individual counseling and crisis intervention services.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
• Develop treatment recommendations and individualized care plans.
• Help children build resilience, confidence, and healthy coping skills.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
