Job summary

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking compassionate, independently licensed Behavioral Health Therapists to provide trauma-informed mental health services to unaccompanied minors in a residential care setting in El Paso, Texas. This full-time, onsite role requires U.S.

citizenship and licensure across the United States. You will support a multidisciplinary team, assess and treat youth, and help them heal and regain hope for brighter futures in a vibrant border city.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in any U.S. state or U.S. territory (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or equivalent).
• Minimum of two years of post-independent licensure experience.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, families, or other vulnerable populations.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work onsite in El Paso, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed individual counseling and crisis intervention services.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
• Develop treatment recommendations and individualized care plans.
• Help children build resilience, confidence, and healthy coping skills.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and participate in treatment planning.
• Advocate for the safety, well-being, and success of every child in your care.
