Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. in El Paso, TX seeks compassionate Behavioral Health Therapists to provide trauma-informed mental health services to unaccompanied minors in a residential setting. This full-time, onsite role offers meaningful, mission-driven work with a multidisciplinary team.

You’ll assess, treat, and document care, collaborating with physicians and case managers to support vulnerable children. U.S. Citizenship required; licensed clinicians from any state encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, MFT, or related behavioral health field.
• Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in any U.S. state or territory.
• Minimum of two years post-licensure experience.
• Experience with children, adolescents, families, or vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed individual counseling and crisis intervention services.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
• Develop treatment recommendations and individualized care plans.
• Help children build resilience, confidence, and healthy coping skills.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and participate in treatment planning.
• Advocate for safety, well-being, and success of each child in care.
