Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
• Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in any U.S. state or territory (LCSW/LMFT/LP C/LCPC/LMHC or equivalent).
• Minimum of two years post-licensure experience with children or vulnerable populations.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.
• Ability to work onsite in El Paso, TX.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed individual counseling and crisis intervention services.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Develop treatment recommendations and individualized care plans.
• Help children build resilience, confidence, and healthy coping skills.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and participate in treatment planning.
• Advocate for safety, well-being, and success of every child.
